HARTFORD, Conn. – St. Michael Ukrainian School of Hartford, Conn., began its academic year on Saturday, September 10, with over 100 students enrolled. The students, teachers, staff and parents attended a divine liturgy and afterwards began their first day with the traditional “Pershyi Dzvinok” (First Bell). The school also has extended its educational hours; the new hours are 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Parents wishing to enroll their children are asked to contact the school directly at 860-547-5808.
