Donated patrol cutter renamed after ‘Hero of Ukraine’ BALTIMORE – A fifth group of Ukrainian coast guard sailors finished their six-week training course on October 22 at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard at Curtis Bay, near Baltimore. They returned to their home port, Odesa, two days later. The full 16-member crew trained on the coast guard cutter that they will operate when it is delivered to Odesa sometime early next year.
