CLEVELAND, Ohio – Survival is a miracle, and celebration is a luxury. That is, to be alive and to honor those who have survived is a miracle, and to remember those who did not is a celebration. In Ohio, where the city of Parma, located near Cleveland, acts as the sister city to Lviv, there was a small celebration of art called the Borderlight Festival.
